Christmas Party


First Friday - December 1, 2006 - Columbian Hall
Social hour: 6 p.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m.
During dinner, door prizes will be announced and bottles exchanged.

After dinner activities: 8 p.m.

There will be music, dancing for those so inclined, and great fellowship.
Come, bring a covered dish, and enjoy a great time with your fellow D.R.A.F.T. members.

ATTENTION:

One attendee has a severe allergy to peanuts. We are asking everyone if you use peanuts, peanut oil, peanut butter, or anything derived from peanuts, or nuts of any kind in your covered dish, please label it accordingly.

I get questions like these all the time at the store, I try to listen to these guys whenever they record a new podcast. They go over a lot of brewing information.

Basic Brewing Radio

In other news, there are 2 new homebrewers at Belmont. Daniel, and Eric. Daniel has made meads more than beers, but plans on brewing beer more often (not that there's anything wrong with mead), and Eric just got started with kegging homebrew. I'm sure at least one of them will start coming to the meetings.

Christmas beers are coming in frequently, so if those are your thing, you may want to stop by and see what's new.

Election of Officers - November 10 meeting

The next meeting of Dayton DRAFT will be at Columbian Hall on Burkhardt Avenue in Dayton on Friday, November 10, 2006. This meeting will feature the election of officers for 2007.
