Recipe request

Looking for a clone for Great lakes Blackout Stout and Founders Dirty Bastard.

I could find nothing for the Blackout stout clone. You could do an old rasputin clone which is in Clonebrews.

As for the dirty bastard..

Ol' Dirty Bastard - Scotch Ale Clone

ALL GRAIN
11 gallons
2 hr boil

25lbs 2-Row - I might split this between Golden Promise and regular American 2-row
1.5 lbs Special B
1 lb Cara-Munich
1 lb Cara-Vienna
1 lb Cara-Pils
4 oz Black Patent
4 oz Chocolate Malt

Mash @ 154*

Hops

(60) 2 oz Kent Goldings (4 AAU), 1 oz Perle (9 AAU)
(30) 1 oz Perle
(20) ½ oz Cascade - Just becuase I have it on hand
(20) teaspoon Irish Moss

Splitting the yeast:
5.5 gallons
WLP028 Edinburgh
and
5.5 gallons
WLP001 Cali

Fermentation Temperature: 65*

70% Efficiency
OG – 1.068
FG – 1.015-10
ABV% 7.0-7.5
SRM 23
IBU 47

Note: Taking the first runnings or about 2-3 gallons of the first runnings and boil down to half to caramelize the wort.

Thanks for the Ol' Dirty Bastard recipe. I take it that you have brewed this one before. I've done the Old Rasputin, aged it in a virgin (she's never done it before)oak barrel with Maker's Mark bourbon added. I'll plan on doing the Dirty bastard in the near future.
